Humility is important in relationships and leadership. It lacks arrogance. It involves recognizing one’s limitations, valuing others’ and maintaining a respectful attitude. People with humility are often open to learning, accepting constructive criticism, believe that they are not better than others.
James 4:10- Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.
“True humility is recognizing your worth without feeling inferior, while humiliation diminishes your dignity; one lifts you up, the other tears you down.”
Dear God, Grant us the grace to stay humble in all we do, Help us recognize our limitations and cherish others with kindness, So we may reflect Your divine humility each day. AMEN
